Ms Walsh and the music group had a great year learning different tunes such as polkas, slides, airs, jigs, barndances and reels and various arrangements on their instruments. There is a variety of instruments in the music group comprising of tin-whistles, flutes, concertinas, bodhráns, banjos and fiddles. The music group meet on Wednesday’s from 3-4pm and they have performed at the Christmas Concert, the Centenary Commemoration, St Patrick’s Day Concert, the First Holy Communion Mass and the Confirmation Ceremony during the year.
